Ok, enough ramblings and now on to my recipe!
Clean Eating Peanut Butter Granola
5 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cups organic peanut butter
3/4 cups raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Pre-heat oven to 280
1. Add oats to a large bowl. Add peanut butter, honey and cocnut sugar to a microwave safe bowl. heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir together until creamy.
2. Pour peanut butter mix into the oats bowls. Stir together until oats are covered in peanut butter mixture.
3. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and pour oats on to the cookie sheet. Flatten into a single layer. Cook in the oven 25-30 mins. Every 10 mins I would check and give the oats a stir. Cook until golden brown.
