Meal Plan Tuesday

What's everyone having this week for meals? I decided to get back into menu planning for dinner (isn't Pinterest great for that?!?) and wanted to share with you my list for this week. Most of these are clean eating recipes and if they are not I will adapt them to be when I make them.


Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha BBQ Chicken from Foodie with Family

Sweet Potato Chickpea Veggie Burgers from Battling the Homefront

This is actually my own recipe and clean eating friendly. These burgers are a favorite in my house and we make them often. Try them out, I promise you will love them!


Cilantro and Lime Marinated Chicken Fajita Kebabs by Serious Eats

My husband loves to grill so this is a great recipe for us. I have yet to try it but can't wait to! It can be made easily into clean eating friendly by replacing the brown sugar with coconut sugar. 


Citrus Chicken Quinoa Salad by Sally's Baking Addiction

I love quinoa, my husband loves it and so do my kids making this a perfect family recipe! Remember to use raw honey in place of regular honey. Raw honey has no preservatives and I think is much more flavorful!


Curried Vegetable Stew by The Endless Meal

It's starting to get chilly outside which means it's time for soups, chili and stews! I can't wait to try this. I think it looks delicious!

On weekends my husband is on cooking duty. He loves doing it and I like to have a break so it's perfect! I let him decide what he wants to make on the days he cooks. Also for lunches during the week I will make big a crockpot meal for dinner on Mondays and we will use that for lunches.
