Now on to this amazing recipe I came across. It is so easy and yummy!
1/4 cup of butter
1 small onion diced
1 garlic clove minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
2tbsp chopped parsley
Pre Heat to 450
1. Remove stems from the mushrooms, chop the stems and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter. Once butter is melted saute mushroom stems, onion and garlic until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
3. Fill mushroom caps with bread crumb mix. Place mushrooms in a pan and bake for 10-15mins. You want the mushrooms to feel tender, no longer stiff.
Though this recipe was very good I think next time I will add crab to the bread crumb mix. I love crab in my stuffed mushrooms!
