The other day when my husband went grocery shopping he found a new sauce that La Choy put out. I'm not sure if any of you have tried La Choy sauces before but I recommend their duck sauce it's the best duck sauce I've ever had! Anyways, the new sauce they put out is called Orange Ginger sauce. The recipe we used was on the back of the bottle but we made it a little spicy because I love orange chicken when it is spicy. The more kick the better!
~ 1 bottle of La Choy Orange Ginger sauce
~ 1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
~ 1 small bag of frozen broccoli
~ 2 cups of cooked white rice
~ 1 clove minced garlic
~ 1 10oz can mandarin oranges
1. Saute garlic in oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add chicken to pan and saute until cooked through. It will no longer be pink.
2. While chicken is cooking cook broccoli and rice according to their packages. Drain chicken and broccoli. Add chicken and broccoli to pan over low heat. Pour entire bottle of sauce to chicken and broccoli mix. Cook until the sauce is warm. Add in oranges and stir together. Remove from heat and sprinkle with red hot pepper flakes. We added a bunch because we like it spicy but it's up to you how much you want.
3. Serve over white rice.
